To deposit funds into your Zenix account, go to the user panel and select the “Deposit” option from the main menu, as shown in the image below.
Zenix offers multiple methods for depositing funds, each with unique conditions such as varying fees, processing times, and other factors. Below, we will cover all available options in detail.
Deposit USDT-TRC20 / Zenix Agent
With this method, you can increare your wallet balance using the TRC20-based Tether (USDT) cryptocurrency.

To use this method, set the values as follows:
– Select Gateway: USDT-TRC20 / Zenix Agent (~30-40 mins)
– Amount: The desired deposit amount
Finally, click on “Submit“.
At this stage, you need to transfer your Tether by either scanning the wallet address or copying the provided wallet address. Once the transaction is complete, place the transaction ID in the corresponding field, as shown in the image.

Deposit Most Cryptocurrencies
With this method, you can increase your wallet balance using various popular cryptocurrencies, including Tether (USDT) based on the TRC20 network.

On the opened page, the QR code will be displayed in two formats: one with the amount for wallets that support this technology, and a simple code for the wallet address and amount. After you complete the transaction, the system will instantly receive your transaction and redirect you to the website.

Methods for Withdrawing Funds from Zenix
To withdraw funds from your Zenix account, go to the user panel and select the “Withdraw” option from the main menu, as shown in the image below.
Withdrawal with Tether USDT
For withdrawals with Tether, we support both BEP20 and TRC20 networks, and you can choose either one according to your preference.
On the opened page, select the amount and withdrawal method you prefer. Finally, click on the “Submit” button.
On the opened page, paste your wallet address in the provided field and, at the end, click on the “Submit” button.
If you have followed all the steps correctly, you will be redirected to the withdrawal history page.
Once the payment is completed by the system, the status will change to “Completed.”
Bank Withdrawal
This method is temporarily unavailable for new users. Only existing users who have previously received payments via bank withdrawal through the Sepa and SWIFT networks can use this option.
